Safe Deposit Boxes and Special Customer Services
We work to make banking with us as convenient as possible for you!

Safe Deposit Boxes are available in several sizes at several of our branches including our Amherst location on Triangle Street, plus Florence, Northampton, Shelburne Falls and Turners Falls offices. Private and secure areas are provided for customers tending to their deposit box contents. Contact us for availability, sizes and prices.

Coin Counting Machines are available at our Amherst location on College Street, as well as our Shelburne Falls, Turners Falls, and 63 Federal Street, Greenfield offices. Use is provided at no charge to our customers. Small fee for non-customer use.

A Community Room at our Shelburne Falls location is available for group meetings at no charge on a reservation basis to non-profit, civic and educational groups. A fully refundable key and cleaning deposit is required, details are available at the Shelburne Falls office. Free WiFi available.

Notary Public services for our customers are available free of charge at all of our branch locations. Please call ahead to ensure a Notary is available to serve you upon your arrival.

Mortgage Originators are available to meet with customers by appointment at any of our branch locations. Our skilled mortgage professionals will make it easy for you to apply for a mortgage, and secure the best loan for your needs, at our most competitive rates and terms.

Financial Services Michael Johnson, Vice President - Senior Financial Services Consultant is available to meet with customers by appointment at one of our office locations, or at your office. He represents GCB Financial Services Division, and makes available a full line of non-deposit investments such as annuities and life insurance products through its arrangement with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc Member FINRA / SIPC.
